Multiple entries, 15 days Fees: US$ 25 or equivalent convertible currency
Multiple entries, 30 days Fees: US$ 40 or equivalent convertible currency
Multiple entries, 90 days Fees: US$ 100 or equivalent convertible currency
Alternatively, you can fill-up the Online ‘Tourist Visa ‘form ( you can fill it up prior to your arrival visiting official website form this link: http://online.nepalimmigration.gov.np/ or fill it up using Kiosk machines upon your arrival at the Tribhuvan International Airport). If you fill it from the website, you will get submission Receipt with a barcode, please print it out and bring it along for acquiring a visa. It works for fifteen days and becomes invalid then after. If so, you will have to fill it up again.

All tourists apart from the Indian citizens must hold passport and valid visa. Indian Nationals can show any identity proof with a photo in it like Indian Government Issued passport, Registration card, Voters ID and similar National ID.

Officials from China, Brazil, Russia, and Thailand do not need Entry Visa based on reciprocal visa waiver Agreement.

Gratis Visa is issued free of cost in case of following categories of Visa applicants:
Children below 10 years
Up to 30 days for SAARC Citizen (except Afghanistan) visiting Nepal for the first time in a given visa Year. Afghan citizen are eligible for Gratis Visa on Arrival only upon the recommendation of Department of Immigration. If you are an Afghan citizen, you can request concerned institution inviting you to Nepal for necessary paperwork with Department of Immigration to get you Gratis Visa 'On Arrival'
Non-Residential Nepalese(NRN) card holder (Issued by MOFA /Nepalese diplomatic missions abroad)
TOURIST VISA EXTENSION
Visa extensions are available from immigration offices in Kathmandu and Pokhara only.Every visa extension requires your passport, the fee, one photo and an application form which must be completed online first. Visa extensions are available the same day, normally within two hours, You can extend a tourist visa up to a total stay of 150 days within a calendar year, though as you get close to that maximum you’ll have to provide an air ticket to show you’re leaving the country.

Foreign nationals having a transit in Nepal can obtain Transit Visa to enter into the country to spend a night (24 hours) by producing a proof of transit (Air ticket). Similarly, the foreign nationals arriving in Nepal due to untoward circumstances such as emergency or forced landing can acquire tourist visa if they want to leave the airport and visit the country.
