About us
A Pokhara company, walking its own hills
Explore Even More is a small, locally owned tour operator. We plan every trip ourselves, walk it with our own guides, and stay in villages we have known for years.

Why we started EEM
EEM began in 2013 with a handful of guides who had spent years leading treks for companies based somewhere else. The trails were ours; most of the money was not.
So we built the company the other way round. Routes are agreed with the villages that host them, homestay families set their own nightly rate, and the people who guide you are the people who plan your trip.
More than a decade on, we are still small on purpose and still run from Pokhara, a short walk from the lake.
The trails were always ours. Now the company is too.

What we hold ourselves to
Four promises behind every itinerary we write.
Local by ownership
Nepali-owned and Nepali-run. There is no head office abroad and no agency in Kathmandu taking a cut.
Small by design
Groups small enough to fit around a family's kitchen fire, and a planner who answers your emails personally.
Fair by default
Guides, porters and host families are paid properly and on time — agreed in advance, never haggled down.
Lighter on the land
Filtered water, no single-use plastic on the trail, and overland routes where they make sense.
The people behind the trips
Guides who grew up on these trails, the partnerships team who agree every route with the villages, and the coordinator who keeps Sharing Seeds running.
