How quickly will you reply?
Usually the same day, and within one working day at the latest. If you write on a Saturday — our day off — expect an answer on Sunday.
Can you change an itinerary, or build one from scratch?
Yes. Most of our trips start as a custom request. Tell us your dates, your fitness and what you want to see, and we will shape a route around it.
Does it cost anything to ask?
No. An enquiry commits you to nothing, and nothing is paid until you have an itinerary and a price you are happy with.
Can I visit your office in Pokhara?
Of course. Let us know when you are coming, so the right person is there to meet you and talk through your trip.
