• GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS OF EXPLORE EVENMORE TOUR & TRAVELS

    Please take your time to understand the General Terms & Conditions set out below before book a Tour activity with us. We strongly recommend that you carefully read all information relating to your trips on our website before booking to ensure that you understand the itinerary, level of comfort, and physical demands of the Tour activities you are undertaking.

  • OUR CONTRACT

    All bookings made with Explore Evenmore Tour and Pvt. Ltd through email, by telephone or through other online channels, Website Payment or in person, you are deemed to have agreed to these booking conditions (which constitutes the entire agreement between you and us) and your booking will be accepted by us on this basis. The services to be provided are those referred to in your booking confirmation. It is also the customer’s responsibility upon receipt of an invoice or email confirmation to check that the information on it is complete and correct. Any inaccuracies must be immediately reported to Explore Evenmore Tour and Travels Pvt. Ltd by email. Costs resulting from a failure to report shall be borne by the customer. Services that are not arranged or provided by Explore Evenmore Tour and Travels Pvt. LTD is governed by the terms and conditions of third parties and the general terms and conditions of the related provider.

     

  • VALIDITY

    Dates, itineraries, and prices are valid for the respective fiscal year and which is indicated on our website and the quotation given by our staff through email and phone conversations. The booked services are valid only on the dates indicated in the invoice or confirmation email.

  • FOR SWIFT TRANSFER (DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT)

    As soon as we receive your tour booking confirmation, we will send you an invoice for a non-refundable deposit payment of 10 % of the total tour cost (Individual/Groups). With this deposit payment, your booking is confirmed and your seat on the tour activities is reserved. Please note the extra fee included during the wire transfer needs to be paid by the Customer. The remaining amount will be due no later than 45 days before the start of the tour. For more information about how to transfer the money via swift transfer, please email us asking for more details for payment instruction. If your booking is made within 45 days of the departure date, then the full amount is payable at the time of booking or SWIFT transferring money.

  • ACCEPTANCE OF BOOKING PAYMENT ON OUR WEBSITE

    If you would like to book our trip to Nepal through our official website then, you are most welcome to do so. All the tour prices shown on our website are the final price customers need to pay while booking online and there are no hidden charges on it. We set up our pricing method on American Dollars (USD) which is displayed on our website for each tour detail. We accept international cards like Visa, Mastercard, and UnionPay for online purchases on our website. If your tour needs the trekking permits then, you need to email us each customer’s official Passport scan copy & digital pp size photo as soon as possible you got the booking confirmation email from our side. We will also remind you through email to do so. Sometimes, we will also ask our customers through email & other provided communication mediums, if they are flexible to travel with the other group of peoples whose booking is likely to be at the same time and the same trips. But, it’s always a customer to decide what to choose.

  • CANCELLATION & REFUNDS (BY TRAVELLERS)

    If you cancel your booking, cancellation fees will apply. A cancellation will only be effective when we receive written confirmation of the cancellation through email to us. Please quote your booking reference no sent by us on your email at the time of booking while contacting us.If you leave a trip for any reason after it has commenced, we are not obliged to make any refunds for unused services. If you fail to join a tour, join it after departure, or leave it before its completion, no refund will be made. Following will be charged for cancellation by Travellers. 1. Cancellation of booking 45 days before the trip departure date – 100% refundable (Excluding Bank charges and Transfers) 2.Cancellation of the booking (30-44) days before the trip departure date – 90% of your total payment will be refunded 3.Cancellation of the booking (15–29) days before the trip departure date- 70 % of your total payment will be refunded 4.Cancellation of the booking less than 15 days before the trip departure – 20% of your total payment will be refunded 5.Cancellation of the booking less than 14 days before the trip departure – No Refund or chance to have rescheduled trip date within 1 year.

  • BOOKING AMENDMENTS BY CUSTOMERS

    We understand some critical emergencies can happen during planning your travel. We are very flexible to extend your trip avoiding cancellation charges till 1 year from the initial trip booked date but, you need to inform us in email writing 7 days before the trip departure along with your valid reason and documents to extend your trip. You can extend or amend the trip before 7 days without any additional charges. No amendments are permitted to your booking within 7 days of departure date otherwise cancellation policy applies. There might be some indifference in tour prices for the next year and customers need to bear that price to join the tour for next time.

  • CANCELLATION BY US

    We may cancel a trip at any time for any unforeseen activities which may cause extremely hard to operate your booked holidays because of terrorism, natural disasters, political instability, or other external events like Pandemic where it’s not viable for us to operate the planned itinerary. If we cancel your trip, you can choose an alternate departure date or receive a full refund without any additional charges. In rare circumstances where the cancellation is due to external events outside our reasonable control refunds will be less than any unrecoverable costs.

     

  • CREDIT AND DEBIT CARDS

    Customers can pay for their trip by debit or credit card which includes Visa, Mastercard, and UnionPay either online on our website or at our office. Items not included in our price (per person) are as follows: Holiday Insurance (Which should cover the Helicopter Rescue), Nepal Tourist visas fee, vaccinations, Optional excursions unless otherwise stated, Personal expenditure, Transfers except where stated, Flight supplements, Excess baggage on the aircraft.

  • YOUR DETAILS

    To confirm your travel arrangements after the booking, our member of staff will contact the lead traveller by your provided email sent during the booking and you must provide all requested necessary details which include scan copy of all Travellers Passport undertaking the trips, Passport size digital photos of all travellers (Needed to purchase Government Permit) and any pre-existing medical conditions you have which may affect your ability to complete your travel arrangements. We also ask all the travellers for the Travel insurance valid till your booking with us and specifically, we will ask certain altitude covering helicopter rescue operations for our certain trips. Your booking cannot be processed if you don’t send these details to us which are mandatorily needed for us to start the trip.

     

  • INCLUSIONS

  • EXCLUSIONS

    Each exclusion is listed exactly within our website on their respective trip pages, please take your time to look for all the details. Common Exclusions for your booked trips are as follows: 1.International or Domestic flights unless specified on the itinerary 2.Airport Transfers, Taxes, and Excess Baggage charge unless specified 3.Meals other than those specified on the trip itinerary 4.Nepal Visa and passport fees 5.Travel insurance 6.Optional activities and all personal expenses

  • PRICES & SURCHARGES

    Our trip prices are subject to variable and seasonal pricing, both of which are standard practices within the travel industry. This means our trip prices may vary at any time with demand, market conditions, and availability. Different passengers on the same trip may likely have been charged different prices. The customer’s best option is if you like the price, you see is to book at that time. Once you have received a quote the price will be locked in provided you pay the required deposit before the quote’s expiry. Any reduced pricing or discounts that may become available after you have paid your deposit will not apply. If you wish to cancel your booking to take advantage of a cheaper price, full cancellation conditions apply. The most up-to-date pricing is available on our website.

     

  • AGE & HEALTH REQUIREMENTS

    Minimum General Policy-For most of our tours, the minimum age is 12 years. All travellers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian, or in place of a legal guardian, by an escort over the age of 18, appointed by their legal guardian. The legal guardian or their designee will be responsible for the traveller under the age of 18 for day-to-day care. If a legal guardian elects to designate an escort in their lieu, they will be required to complete and sign a relevant document, to delegate their authority.Please note, we cannot guarantee triple or joining rooms for families; accompanying adults may be required to share with others in the group on a twin share basis. The minimum age of 18 applies to many trekking adventures, while the minimum age 6 applies to Family trips. Please check the information for the specific tour you are booking on the tour description. Maximum General Policy-For the majority of our trips, we have no upper age limit though we remind you that our trips can be physically demanding and passengers must ensure that they are suitably fit to allow full participation. We can provide details on mandatory health requirements; however, we are not medical experts. It is your responsibility to ensure that you obtain proper and detailed medical advice at least two months before travel for the latest health requirements and recommendations for your destination.

  • HEALTH RECOMMENDATION

    It is your responsibility to check any health and vaccination requirements applicable before traveling to Nepal. We can only provide general information about this. Health and hygiene facilities and disease risks are very minimum while traveling to Nepal. You don’t have to scare too much about this thing.  You should take health advice about your own needs as early as possible and in good time before your departure to Nepal.

     

  • SMALL GROUPS

    Our trips are guaranteed to depart once they have one fully paid traveller unless the minimum group size specifically states otherwise. In case the minimum group size is not met, Explore Evenmore Tour & Travels Pvt. Ltd Travel reserves the right to cancel the trip until 30 days before the starting date. In that case, we endeavor to offer you a choice between an alternative trip, and a cost-covering surcharge to operate the tour with less than a minimum number of participants. You are entitled to a refund of the entire tour price previously paid to us. All other claims are barred. We operate some of our trips where the Nepal Government had made the ‘restricted conservation areas’ while booking this sort of trip, you need to pay the restricted conservation area fees and the minimum number of people traveling in a group must be 2 while booking online through the website.

     

  • PASSPORT AND VISAS

    You must carry a valid passport and have obtained all of the appropriate visas and certificates for traveling to Nepal. Your passport must be valid for 6 months beyond the duration of the trip. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the correct visas and certificates for your trip. Please refer to the Visa and Travel Information section on the home of our website for details.We are not responsible if you are refused entry to a country because you lack the correct passport, visa, or other travel documentation.

  • TRAVEL INSURANCE

    All our customer needs to have personal travel insurance. You are responsible for obtaining insurance after you book your trip with us. Your travel insurance should provide cover against personal accident, death, medical expenses, and emergency evacuation. We also strongly recommend it covers your trip cancellation, curtailment, personal liability, and loss of luggage, and personal effects. If you are coming for trekking in Nepal, your travel insurance also needs to cover emergency evacuation by Helicopter from altitude up to 6000m. There are different levels of altitude our trek operates so; you need to ask us which level of altitude covers travel insurance you need to buy. We have also clearly written the maximum altitude of the trek in each of our trips and it can be seen on your booking notification email. It’s the responsibility of Travellers to send us the respective Travel insurance upon request by us through email. We recommend that you read carefully the General Terms and Conditions of your Insurance before Departure.

     

  • FLEXIBILITY BY TRAVELLERS

    You appreciate and acknowledge that the nature of this type of travel requires considerable flexibility and you should allow for alternatives. The itinerary provided for each trip is representative of the types of activities contemplated, but it is understood that the route, schedules, itineraries, amenities, and mode of transport may be subject to alteration without prior notice due to local circumstances or events.

  • CHANGE OF ITINERARY

    While we endeavour to operate all trips as described. we reserve the right to change the trip itinerary because of some emergency incidents like natural calamities and other sudden unexpected events that occurred on the trip locations. Please refer to our website before departure for the most recent updates to your itinerary. Before departure: If we make a major change, we will inform you as soon as possible if there is time before departure. When a major change is made you may choose between accepting the change, obtaining a refund of money paid (Cancellation Policy Applies), or accepting an alternative tour offered.After departure, we reserve the right to change an itinerary after departure due to local circumstances or events outside of our control. Please note we are not responsible for any incidental expenses that may be incurred as a result of the change of itineraries such as visas, vaccinations, or non-refundable flights.

     

  • AUTHORITY ON TOUR

    Our trips are run by experienced Local Guides/Group leaders. The decision of the group leader is final on all matters likely to affect the safety or well-being of any person participating in the trip. If you fail to comply with a decision made by a group leader or interfere with the well-being or mobility of the group, the group leader may direct you to leave the trip immediately, with no right to refund. We may also elect not to carry you on any future trips booked. You must at all times comply with the laws, local customs, foreign exchange, and drug regulations of Nepal and you also agree to travel per our responsible travel guidelines.

  • ACCEPTANCE OF RISK

    You acknowledge that the nature of the trip is adventurous and participation involves a degree of personal risk. You will be visiting places where the geographical attributes present dangers and physical challenges greater than those present in our daily lives during the harder trek routes. However, it is also your responsibility to acquaint yourself with all possible relevant travel information and the nature of your itinerary. You acknowledge that your decision to travel is made in light of consideration of this information and you accept that you are aware of the personal risks attendant upon such travel.

  • OPTIONAL ACTIVITIES

    Optional activities not included in the trip price do not form part of the trip or this contract. You accept that any assistance given by your group leader or local representative in arranging optional activities does not render us liable for them in any way. The contract for the provision of that activity will be between you and the activity provider.

  • CLAIMS & COMPLAINTS

    If you have a complaint about your trip & trek please inform your group leader or send us an email so that they can attempt to rectify the matter as soon as possible.

     

  • PRIVACY POLICY

    Any personal information that we collect about you may be used for any purpose associated with the operation of a Trip or to send you marketing material about our events and special offers. The information may be disclosed to our agents, service providers, or other suppliers to enable us to operate the Trip. We will otherwise treat your details per our privacy policy.

  • JURISDICTION

    The relationship between customers and Explore Evenmore Tour & Travel Pvt Ltd is governed exclusively by Nepali Law. Actions against us may only be brought at the place of its registered office in Chipledhunga Pokhara Nepal.

  • UPDATING OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    The Company reserves the right to update and/or alter these terms and conditions at any time, and it is the Client’s responsibility to be familiar with them. The latest terms and conditions can always be found on the Company website and will supersede any previous versions.
